Traditionis No Donuts?

Updated: Nov 16, 2025

Let's face it...a TLM without donuts after mass is like a, well, it's like a...coffee without a cup!

Donuts after Mass offer more than just a delightful sugar high—they create a warm, informal setting for Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) parishioners to bond, chat, and build genuine community.

It's often in those powdered-sugar-coated moments that newcomers feel welcomed, friendships deepen, and young families find shared support amid shared faith.

In a world that moves fast, a donut and a smile might be the most underestimated form of spiritual hospitality.

In many cases the faithful have to trek an hour, perhaps two hours, to get to Holy Mass on Sunday mornings in the era of Traditionis Nodonuts.

And we have found we have very well-behaved children attending TLM because of the reward of a donut—with the sword of Boston Cream hanging over their heads!

There's more to being a "Trad" than meets the eye...sometimes it meets the stomach! 😜
