The Meaning of Mercy: Lenten Retreat March 2nd

“The Prodigal Son and the Meaning of Mercy” is the theme of this year’s Lenten retreat. Like the song says, all are welcome!

This year’s Lenten retreat at the St. Juan Diego Center in Pala California is going to be a pretty big deal. Our speakers include:

  1. Monsignor Eugene Morris, Rector of the Saints Gregory & Augustine Oratory

  2. Father Scott Herrera, St. Mary’s Church

  3. Father John Lyons, FSSP, St Anne’s Church

  4. Mr. Terry Barber, Apologist, Virgin Most Powerful Radio

The St. Juan Diego Center is located at 11812 Pala Mission Road, Pala CA 92059. Coffee, Donuts and Lunch will be provided. If you’ve given up donuts for Lent but end up eating one anyway, we will be having Confession as part of the day’s events, so don’t sweat it. And speaking of the events schedule, here it is:

7:30-8:30 AM – Coffee and Donuts

8 AM – Confessions until 11:30 AM

8:30 AM – Rosary

9-9:45 AM – Fr. Herrera

10:40-11 AM – Terry Barber

11 AM – Traditional Latin Mass with Monsignor Morris

Noon – Lunch

12:30 PM – Stations of the Cross

1:15 PM – Fr. Lyons

2 PM – Monsignor Morris, Exposition, Adoration & Litany; Divine Mercy Chaplet

3:15 PM – Final Blessing

Because we’re providing a sandwich lunch, we ask that you RSVP. You can call or text James Donovan at 908-276-5529 for reservations.
